- Airport: share your flight number and the driver tracks it; for departures, allow real-world margin in summer and event traffic.
- Event weeks: Grand Prix week and the September yacht show restrict road access and stretch availability — book as soon as dates are fixed.
- Groups and luggage: tell us passenger count and bags so the right vehicle is quoted.
Honest tips before you book
- Book by the evening for dinner-and-casino nights — it's usually better value than stacked point-to-point fares.
- For Nice airport, compare the chauffeur quote with the scheduled helicopter (from €195 per seat) — for one or two passengers the helicopter often wins on time.
