The short version: we collect only what you send us to arrange your bookings, we share it only with the operators delivering your experience, and this website uses no cookies and no trackers.

What data we handle, and why
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process the details you choose to give us — typically your name, contact details, dates, group size and preferences — for one purpose only: to propose, confirm and manage the experiences you ask about, and to pass the necessary booking details to the operator who will deliver your experience. We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we never sell them.

Our main channel is WhatsApp, a service provided by Meta; messages you send us there are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Email is handled through Gmail (Google). We keep conversation history so your booking details are in one thread when you need them.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. The only third-party request your browser makes when loading our pages is to Google Fonts, which serves the site's typography; Google's own policies apply to that request. Nothing else about your visit is measured or shared.
Who we share your data with
Only with the operators needed to fulfil your booking — for example, the charter company running your yacht day or the driver holding your airport transfer — and only the details they need for that booking. No one else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and booking, including any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will, except where we're required to keep records by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, email starthubproject1@gmail.com — a person will handle it.
