For its size, Monaco holds one of the densest collections of starred tables in the world — hotel dining rooms with three stars, terraces over the harbour, and tasting menus at two- and three-star level within a few hundred metres of each other. The difficulty is rarely finding a good restaurant; it's getting the right table at the right room on the right date.
That is the concierge work. You tell us your date, party size and preferences; we advise honestly on which rooms fit — including when the famous name is not the right choice for your evening — and we make the reservation. You pay the restaurant directly at the table. We add no booking fees and no markup.
What we do — and what we don't
- Advise on which starred rooms suit your occasion, budget and taste — including lunch formats and seasonal terraces.
- Request and confirm the table in your name, with seating preferences and dietary requirements communicated properly.
- Coordinate the evening: timing, a chauffeur if wanted, the casino or the opera afterwards.
What we don't do: charge you for the reservation, take deposits ourselves, or steer you to whoever pays for placement. Some restaurants ask for a card guarantee or a cancellation policy — that is always between you and the restaurant, and we'll tell you upfront when it applies.
How it works
- Message us your date, party size and what you're celebrating (or not).
- We come back with 2–3 honest options and availability at the rooms that fit.
- We confirm the table; any guarantee or cancellation terms go directly between you and the restaurant.
- You dine and settle the bill at the table — nothing flows through us.
Practical notes
- Lead time: the most sought-after rooms should be requested weeks ahead; Grand Prix week and the summer weekends need more.
- Dress: smart elegant is the default at this level; jackets are expected in the evening at the top rooms.
- Format: tasting menus at two- and three-star level are the signature; several rooms offer shorter lunch formats that are easier to book and gentler in price.
- Dietary needs: kitchens at this level handle them well — but only if told in advance, which is part of what we arrange.
Honest tips before you book
- Tell us the occasion. A birthday for two and a client dinner for eight are different rooms, and the famous name is not always the right one.
- Consider lunch: the same kitchen, the same view, easier availability.
- In season, ask about terrace seating when we request the table — it's the detail people remember.
- If your first-choice room is full, take our second suggestion seriously: we recommend it because it fits your brief, not because it's easier for us.
