Tell us your dates, party size and what you have in mind — a yacht day, a helicopter arrival, Grand Prix hospitality, a driver for the week. Vague is fine; shaping ideas is our job. We answer within minutes during the day, in English, Italian or French.

Get a proposal with a real price
We check availability with vetted operators and come back with a concrete proposal: what's included, what isn't, and a fixed price. If two options make sense, we explain the trade-off honestly — including when the cheaper one is the right one.

Confirm the booking
Say yes and we lock it in with the operator: times, meeting points, names — the details that make the day run itself. Everything is confirmed in writing, in the same WhatsApp thread.

Pay the operator on the day
No prepayment to us, ever. You pay the operator directly — on the day for most experiences, or on the provider's terms for charters and event hospitality. The price we quoted is the price you pay.
Our guarantees, stated honestly
- A fixed price in writing before you commit. The quote we confirm on WhatsApp is the price you pay — inclusions and exclusions spelled out.
- You always pay the operator directly. For most experiences that's on the day itself; charters and event hospitality follow the provider's own terms, which we share with you upfront. We never take prepayment.
- Vetted, licensed operators only. Every partner is licensed and insured for what they sell, and known to us over time.
- Straight answers on availability. If your date is gone or your idea isn't worth the money, we say so — and suggest what works instead.
- Weather and cancellations. If an operator cancels (weather, technical issues), their cancellation terms apply — we explain them before you book and help you rebook where possible.
